چکیده
The selection of the optimal external cylindrical grinding conditions importantly contributes to increase productivity and quality products. is a method finishing machine elements surface with an indeterminate blade shape. External can process surfaces that require high gloss precision, although it also be used remove large surplus stock. Therefore, multi objective optimization for problem complexity. In this study, experimental study was performed improve process. By using date, roughness, cutting force, vibrations were modeled. To achieve minimum value roughness maximum material removal rate, values determined by combination Genetic Algorithms (GAs) weighting method. optimum rate are 0.510 ?m 5.906 mm2/s, respectively. obtained parameters feed 0.3 mm/rev, workpiece speed 188.1 rpm, depth 0.015 mm, Rockwell hardness 54.78 HRC. parameters, successfully verified comparing predicted results. approach applied in industrial machining products T1 tool steel

T. Wyleciał, H. Radomiak, D. Urbaniak, Częstochowa University of Technology, Czestochowa, Poland The use of coal in the steel industry, similarly as in the whole national ec onomy, is often preceded by its pre-treatment. Coal is mined in the form of big solids, but, being in such a form, it can’t be combusted, sintered, or gasifi ed. Therefore, it needs t o be appropriately grinding. In the pap...
